im not an expert at it but ya just take the cassette apart and take some cogs off and just replace it with the spacers.

ya i used to ride a box guide on my stp. it sucked ass. because of the bolts you have to add extra spacers to space the bb out properly to clear the 2nd ring bolts. or you could just dremel them down. but if you add spacers it ruins ur bb and screws the whole thing up. ive box 4 box guides. and their all shit.

get a bottom bracket mount chainguide. not a truvativ box guide tho. any other bb mount guide. then just take off your bottom bracket on the right side. take off the plastic spacer and replace it with the guide. simple

well i dunno. its mid range. it doesnt totally blow but its not super good. and if you break it you dont really care. its good to try gears to see if you like them. no point spending $300 on it if you dont like them.
